Dear friends of Sound Harley-Davidson:
Our thoughts go out to all who are impacted by the COVID-19 virus.
Our highest priority is to ensure the health and safety of our teams, communities, and guests. As the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to impact the lives of people across the world and in our community, I would like to share an update with you about our current store operations and what we are doing to prevent exposure and transmission of the virus.
We have implemented a strict stay at home policy for any employee that is feeling ill until it can be confirmed that he or she does not have COVID-19.
As recommended by the CDC we have implemented enhanced cleaning and antibacterial processes to ensure the store remains clean and free of the virus. For instance, all counter surfaces, credit card keypads and other high touchpoints are being disinfected after every customer transaction.
Antibacterial hand cleaner will be at the entrance of the store and we are asking that all customers use it prior to entering the store. Additional antibacterial hand sanitizer is located throughout the store.
We have implemented the “6 Foot Rule of Separation” in the store that applies to all employees and customers.
We are asking that all customers maintain at least a 6 ft separation from other customers and employees while in the store.
To prevent the transmission of infection we have shut down the Kickstand Café and removed seating in the café. Customer coffee will no longer be made available.
All events have been put on hold until authorities give the clear that it is okay to have them again.
Bikes that have been touched, sat on or ridden by customers will be disinfected immediately.
We will no longer provide loaner helmets for test rides so please bring your own.
